Arbitrum Ambassador Program Expands To Singapore, Indonesia, and Argentina

Starting Q3 2025, the Arbitrum Ambassador Program is expanding to three new countries: Singapore, Indonesia, and Argentina. The Arbitrum Foundation welcomes passionate individuals interested in Arbitrum to apply and become its official ambassadors. With this expansion, the program now spans ten regions globally, including India, Nigeria, Mexico, Korea, Brazil, Greater China, and the Philippines, furthering our mission to cultivate a vibrant, decentralized community around the world.
Ambassadors in Action
The Ambassador Program is a Foundation-led initiative aimed at fostering grassroots communities that champion the Arbitrum brand and its technology. Ambassadors serve as local representatives, educating users and developers, building regional presence, and amplifying Arbitrum’s core values rooted in the decentralized ethos inherent to the original crypto dream.
Launched in 2023 as a community-building initiative focused on galvanizing students around campuses, the program has since evolved into a global movement. It is now an epicenter of action for crypto proponents from all walks of life and a key pillar of community education and awareness.
In the past few months alone, ambassadors have helped fuel the ‘Arbitrum Everywhere’ narrative by creating high-quality content across platforms like X, YouTube, Medium, Instagram, and TikTok. So far in 2025, they’ve published over 10,500 pieces of content, both technical and non-technical, generating 217 million plus impressions for the ecosystem.
Currently, 318 ambassadors represent Arbitrum across seven active regions, localizing the brand in over four languages and helping to bring the next wave of users and developers into the ecosystem.
Expansion To Southeast Asia and LATAM
In Q3, the Arbitrum Foundation chose three strategic countries that have seen a wave of organic participation from community members in these regions. Singapore has emerged as a vibrant hub for Arbitrum, with strong community engagement at major events such as Token2049 and ETHSingapore. Indonesia hosted the Arbitrum Foundation’s ArbiLink event in late 2024, drawing over 80 participants to technical workshops and community-building sessions. The region is also home to a rising wave of content creators, developers, gamers, and digital artists who see Arbitrum as a credibly neutral, high-performance blockchain platform that meets their needs.
Similarly, Argentina and the broader LATAM region have long been active contributors to Arbitrum’s growth. From participation in events like The Merge Buenos Aires, Modular Carnival in Brazil, and multiple DAO-supported meetups, the region has demonstrated sustained grassroots momentum. LATAM also stands out for its real-world adoption of Arbitrum through stablecoin and payment solutions, via platforms like El Dorado and Bitso.
With Devconnect 2025 set to take place in Buenos Aires and Argentina increasingly emerging as a key crypto hub, this is a pivotal moment to deepen Arbitrum’s presence in the region.
